Plain-English policies for custom, factory-direct printing — shipping, files & color, refunds, privacy, and more.
1) What we make & how it works
- Custom-made products: Every order is produced to your file and specs (size, material, finish, quantity).
- Proofs & notes: Direction-level notes or a representative preview (cutline/white-ink approach, material pick) where applicable.
- Production start: We print after your file passes checks (see “Files & color”).
- Typical window: Cross-border delivery usually 7–15 business days after print start; complex specs or peak seasons may add time.
2) Files, color & materials (before you upload)
- Accepted: AI, PDF, PSD, PNG, JPG.
- Basic preflight: Resolution, bleed, closed cutlines, printability. If fixes are needed, we’ll say it plainly.
- White ink & transparency: Tell us where you want it brighter/more opaque/more transparent; we’ll propose a practical approach.
- Effects: Clear/holo/metallic alter perceived color/contrast with angle and light; previews are indicative.
- Pantone proximity: We guide towards Pantone proximity; 1:1 match across all stocks/conditions is not guaranteed.
- Tolerances (typical): Size/trim ±1.5 mm; color variance between runs/materials/climate; quantity may ship ±3% unless exact count is requested (may affect price/lead time).
- Special requests: Backer printing (logo/QR/barcode), easy-peel, UV/scratch-resistant laminates available.
3) Proofs, approvals & changes
- Before print: Approve preview/notes promptly so we can proceed.
- Edits: Small clarifications are fine; redesign/retouch beyond preflight is a paid service.
- After approval: Files lock; changes/cancellations aren’t possible once production starts.
4) Production & turnaround time
- Standard window: Usually 7–15 business days to your door after print start (spec & destination dependent).
- Rush: Ask early; we’ll confirm feasibility and cost.
- Events/launches: Share your in-hands date; we’ll set milestones in writing.
- Force majeure: Weather, customs, carrier capacity, or other events may impact timelines; we’ll keep you posted.
5) Shipping, taxes & customs
- Global shipping with tracking where available.
- Risk of loss transfers when the carrier takes possession; we’ll help file claims when appropriate.
- Duties/VAT: May apply by country and are your responsibility unless we explicitly quote DDP (duty paid).
6) Damages, defects & claims
How to file a claim
- Email contact@stickergorillas.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include order number and photos/video (box, label, all sides, close-ups).
- Tell us what % of units are affected and how (color shift, trim error, lamination issue, etc.).
Resolution: We’ll investigate and offer a reprint of the affected portion or a partial refund/credit.
We can’t cover user file mistakes, expected effect differences (e.g., holo/clear optics), or wear/tear from use.
7) Returns, refunds & cancellations
- Custom goods: Made to order — non-returnable and non-refundable once production starts.
- Before production: Cancel for a refund minus any paid design/file services already provided.
- Sample Packs: Treated as standard goods; unopened packs may be returnable — contact us first.
8) Content & intellectual property
- You own your design. By uploading, you confirm you have the rights to use it for this purpose.
- Prohibited content: No infringing, hateful, illegal, or unsafe content. We may refuse orders at our discretion.
- Optional marketing usage: If you explicitly opt-in, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to show photos of your printed products in our channels with reasonable credit. No ownership is transferred.
9) Payments, pricing & quotes
- Currencies: USD / EUR / GBP (shown at checkout).
- Methods: Major cards & PayPal; bank transfer for wholesale on request.
- Quotes: Valid for 14 days unless noted; subject to file/material confirmation and logistics at time of order.
- Wholesale (2000+ units): Dedicated account service — email contact@stickergorillas.com.
10) Privacy & cookies
- We respect your privacy and use cookies to improve performance and personalization.
- Production traceability: we use order numbers and SOPs to keep color/batch settings stable across reorders.

11) Warranties & liability (short)
- We produce as approved to your files/specs. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for affected order lines.
- We are not responsible for indirect/consequential losses (missed events, lost sales, etc.).
- Where limitations are not allowed by law, your statutory rights remain.
12) Dispute resolution & governing law
We aim to resolve issues amicably. If we can’t, the laws of California, USA govern these terms (without regard to conflict-of-law rules). Venue: state or federal courts in California.
